If you received a jury summons for Monday, August 17, 2015 and your juror number is 1-100 you will need to report for duty, unless previously excused. Juror numbers 101-200 do not need to report for service. If you need to speak to a deputy clerk, please call 850-892-8115.
The Walton County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office has been alerted to a phone scam being perpetrated to Walton County Residents. Citizens are receiving phone calls from an individual claiming that they are a representative from the Clerk & Comptroller’s Office and can offer them a reduced rate on past due fines or traffic tickets if they provide the caller with their credit card information.
The caller ID on the incoming call has been programmed to indicate it is coming from the Walton County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office.
The Clerk & Comptroller’s Office will never solicit payment over the phone. Any official correspondence from the Clerk & Comptroller’s Office will be provided via US Postal Service. If you have any questions, please contact a Deputy Clerk at (850) 892-8115.

The Florida Courts E-Filing Portal production environment will be undergoing system maintenance beginning Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 7pm and will conclude by midnight. During these hours the system will be unavailable to all users.
